The hosting of the Noutala platform is provided by:

- Database: Supabase Inc. (Data hosted in EU)

3. Intellectual Property
The logo, design, source code of Noutala, as well as the content and structure of the platform, are the exclusive property of Komi Thomas A. and are protected by intellectual property laws in force in Finland and within the European Union.
4. Liability
The editor strives to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information disseminated on the site. Users are invited to consult the Terms of Service for details regarding the limitation of liability.
Reminder: Third-party services (Stripe for payments, OpenAI for AI, Vercel for hosting) are subject to their own terms of use.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only collect data necessary for the execution of the service and billing.
